Privacy

• Your name, email, phone, and shipping address — to fulfil and ship your order.
• Your uploaded image files — to print them.
• Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Solely to print and dispatch your order, send you transactional emails (order confirmation, dispatch tracking), and respond to support enquiries. If you opt in to marketing, we’ll occasionally email you about new options or offers — and you can opt out instantly from any email.

If you place an order on an Etsy or Shopify store that uses Zela Print to fulfil their orders, the seller’s storefront passes your order details to us (your name, shipping address, email, and the items you bought) so we can print and ship the parcel. We only see orders that involve a product the seller has assigned to us — we don’t pull arbitrary customer records.

If the seller uninstalls Zela Print from their store, we delete or redact all customer data tied to their shop within 48 hours, as required by Shopify’s policy.

• Stripe — to process your payment.
• Royal Mail / DPD / Evri / etc. — name + address shared to produce the shipping label.
• Resend — to send your transactional emails.
• Printify — when an order is routed to one of their print providers, your name + shipping address is shared so they can print and post the parcel.
• Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting) — our infrastructure providers. Both are GDPR-compliant data processors.
• That’s it. We don’t sell data, ever.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or restrict how we use it. Email privacy@zelaprint.com (or support@zelaprint.com) and we’ll respond within 30 days.

If you placed your order through a Shopify or Etsy store that uses Zela Print, you can also make the request through the seller and Shopify/Etsy will forward it to us automatically.

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and store your chosen currency. We don’t run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don’t currently load any third-party analytics. If we ever introduce optional analytics, it will be off by default and only enabled if you agree via our cookie banner.

• Personal data on completed orders (name, address, phone, email) — automatically redacted 90 days after the order is dispatched. We keep the order record itself (order id, totals, status, items) for 6 years to satisfy HMRC accounting rules, but the personal fields are wiped.
• Uploaded image files — deleted 30 days after upload, unless saved to a seller’s product library (in which case they persist until the seller deletes the product).
• Print-ready resized files — deleted 30 days after generation.
• Marketing emails — until you unsubscribe.
• You can request earlier deletion at any time via the email above.

All connections to Zela Print use HTTPS. Personal data is stored encrypted at rest in Supabase. Access to production data is restricted to the Zela Print team and our infrastructure providers, all under signed data-processing agreements.
